General Information for All Groups

Some important details to keep in mind for all group bookings:

  • We will organise a dedicated picnic table area for you to decorate as you wish.
  • There are no lockers on-site, so please avoid bringing valuables.
  • Change rooms are available for your convenience.
  • Don’t forget to bring your own towel!
  • All guests must be able to swim to participate in the water activities.
  • You’re welcome to bring your own cake, drinks, and food, but please note we cannot refrigerate or store it for you. We also do not have ice on-site.
  • Group booking dates can be changed up to 72 hours before your reservation by contacting us here. Please await written confirmation from us that the dates have been adjusted.
  • A waiver is required for all participants and must be completed as part of the check-in process. We recommend completing the waiver before arriving to streamline your entry.
